ENG Lending will provide you with the ability to meet the traditional requirements of a startup – such as licensing (we are exempt), net worth, education, E & O and bonding – and relieve you of all non-production duties – such as payroll, accounting, underwriting, warehouse line management, post closing, secondary marketing and delivery.

As part of the Bank of England, located in England Arkansas, ENG Lending is exempt from state licensing laws. You will have the opportunity to lend in your home state, as well as others, without the costly expense of branch and or loan officer licensing.

Pricing

As an ENG Lending Branch, you will enjoy the flexibility in pricing normally reserved for large mortgage bankers. The Branch receives full credit for the entire premium earned. As branch manager, you decide the loan pricingfor your branch. We provide a base price and you determine the margin required to ensure branch profitability.
